What We Do
- Trained Professionals: All of our clinical and non-clinical staff undergo regular safeguarding training and work in strict alignment with national guidance and our own policies.
- Multi-Agency Working: We work closely and confidentially with external agencies, such as social services and the police, to minimize risks and provide support.
- Vigilant Care: We are alert to warning signs, such as repeated missed appointments, and proactively follow up on patients about whom we have significant concerns.

Your safety is paramount. While we maintain strict patient confidentiality, if we have serious concerns that you or someone else is at risk of harm or abuse, we are legally and ethically required to share this information with the appropriate safeguarding authorities to ensure you are safe.
