Young Persons Clinic

The practice provides a confidential service for everyone aged 13 – 18. It is held every Thursday between 16:30 – 17:30 and young people who need treatment or advice about sexual health, contraception, eating problems, drugs or general health matters are welcome to see either the doctor or practice nurses.

Appointments can be made by phoning the surgery on the usual number.

Self-Testing for Chlamydia

Free kits are available from the surgery.  These can be posted and you receive your results by text.  You can also use the Somerset C-Card service below.

 

Somerset C-Card

The Glastonbury Surgery is a Somerset C-Card Issue point.  This is a totally free service offering condoms and sexual health information to all those aged 13-19.

You will need to have a quick chat with our trained C-Card issuer in order to sign up to this scheme, then you will be able to access condoms at any C-Card issue point across the country.
